USDA Proposes Changes to User Fees for Agricultural Services

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to adjust user fees for certain agricultural quarantine and inspection services related to international commercial aircraft arrivals, as well as export certification of plants and plant products. Comments on the proposed changes must be submitted by June 23, 1995, to Docket No. 94-074-1.
