Form PF; Reporting Requirements for All Filers and Large Hedge Fund Advisers; Further Extension of Compliance Date

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are extending the compliance date for the amended Form PF from June 12, 2025, to October 1, 2025.
