USDA Authorizes Expenditures for Texas Citrus Marketing Program

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized an interim rule allowing the Texas Valley Citrus Committee to incur expenses and establish an assessment rate for the 1995-96 fiscal year, covering oranges and grapefruit grown in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas.
