Rules of Practice Governing Formal Adjudicatory Proceedings Instituted by the Secretary Under Various Statutes

The Department of Agriculture is expanding its uniform rules of practice governing adjudicatory proceedings to cover actions initiated under several agricultural promotion and research acts, including the Fluid Milk Promotion Act of 1990 and the Soybean Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act. This amendment aims to provide a standardized framework for adjudicatory proceedings in these areas.
