U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Adhesives to Union Camp Corporation

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, is issuing a notice that it plans to grant an exclusive license to Union Camp Corporation of Wayne, New Jersey, for all uses of a non-separable starch-oil composition, as described in a U.S. patent application filed in 1994.
