Natural Resources Conservation Service to Deauthorize Federal Funding for Houlka Creek Watershed Project

The Natural Resources Conservation Service has announced its intention to withdraw federal funding for the Houlka Creek Watershed project in Mississippi, which spans Clay, Chickasaw, and Pontotoc Counties, in accordance with the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act and Natural Resources Conservation Service guidelines.
