U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive Patent License to Cell Applications, Inc.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive domestic license to Cell Applications, Inc. for the use of a patented technology related to the creation of hepatocyte cells from pig blastocysts, as outlined in a 1993 patent application.
