U.S. Department of Agriculture Announces Availability of Patent Applications for Licensing

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, has made available U.S. Patent Application Serial Nos. 08/235,848, 08/283,115, and 08/286,111, which describe repellents for ants, for licensing, and intends to grant a limited exclusive license to Hercon Environmental Corporation of Emigsville, Pennsylvania.
