Tobacco Inspection; Standards

These regulations revise the Official Standard Grades for Flue-Cured Tobacco to more accurately describe tobacco as it presently appears at the marketplace. The revision will add a special factor to identify lots of tobacco that contain 25 percent or more of an adjacent stalk position.
