USDA Consolidates Petition Procedures for Research and Promotion Programs

The USDA will consolidate petition procedures for all research and promotion programs, eliminating duplication and reducing costs, in accordance with the Rules of Practice Governing Proceedings on Petitions to Modify or to be Exempted from Research and Promotion Programs.
