US Department of Agriculture Waives Environmental Impact Statement for Square Butte Creek Watershed Project in North Dakota

The US Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service has decided not to prepare an environmental impact statement for the Square Butte Creek Watershed, Supplemental Watershed Work Plan No. 3, in Morton and Oliver Counties, North Dakota, as required by federal regulations.
