Calgene, Inc. Genetically Engineered Tomato Lines Nonregulated

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has added two genetically engineered tomato lines to its October 19, 1992, ruling, making them exempt from regulation, following an initial request by Calgene, Inc.
