Filberts/Hazelnuts Grown in Oregon and Washington: New Budget and Assessment Rate for 1995-96 Marketing Year

The US Department of Agriculture has issued an interim final rule allowing the Filbert/Hazelnut Marketing Board to spend funds on program administration, with the revenue coming from assessments on hazelnut handlers, and setting a new assessment rate for the 1995-96 marketing year.
