Fresh Bartlett Pears Grown in Oregon and Washington; Expenses and Assessment Rate for the 1995-96 Fiscal Year

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has issued an interim final rule authorizing expenses and setting an assessment rate for the Northwest Fresh Bartlett Pear Marketing Committee for the 1995-96 fiscal year, allowing the committee to cover reasonable and necessary administrative costs by charging handlers a fee.
