Yazoo Valley Electric Power Association Receives FONSI for Headquarters Facility Project

The Rural Utilities Service has determined that a proposed headquarters facility in Yazoo County, Mississippi, will not have a significant environmental impact, following a review of a Borrower's Environmental Report submitted by Yazoo Valley Electric Power Association.
