FCIC Extends Public Comment Period for Catastrophic Risk Protection Endorsement and Crop Insurance Reform Act

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is extending the public comment period for the new Catastrophic Risk Protection Endorsement (CAT) program, Federal Crop Insurance Reform Act of 1994, and Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP), until a later date. The FCIC initially requested public comments on these regulations in January 1995, with a deadline of March 7, 1995.
