Sheep Promotion, Research, and Information Program: Procedures for the Conduct of Referendum

The Sheep Promotion, Research, and Information Program requires a referendum among sheep producers, feeders, and importers to determine if the final Order will go into effect. The program becomes operational only if the final Order is approved by the eligible participants in the initial referendum.
