GIPSA Designates Louisiana and North Carolina Departments for Grain Standards Act Services

The United States Grain Standards Act, as amended, has been applied to the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, allowing these departments to offer official services.
