No Environmental Impact Statement Required for Muddy Fork of Silver Creek Watershed in Indiana

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has issued a notice stating that an environmental impact statement will not be prepared for the Muddy Fork of Silver Creek Watershed in Indiana, as it does not meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations. This decision was made in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations and the Natural Resources Conservation Service Regulations.
