Delegation of Authority to Forest Supervisors, Intermountain Region

The Intermountain Region of the Forest Service hereby gives notice of the delegation of authority by the Regional Forester to Forest Supervisors to perform certain transactions related to the granting and terminating of easements on National Forest System lands under authority of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976, and the National Forest Roads and Trails Act of October 13, 1964.
