US Department of Agriculture Finalizes Marketing Order for Texas Citrus Growers, Establishing Assessment Rate for Oranges and Grapefruit

The US Department of Agriculture has adopted a final rule to authorize expenses and establish an assessment rate for the Texas Valley Citrus Committee, covering oranges and grapefruit grown in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas, for the 1995-96 fiscal year.
