US Department of Commerce Finalizes Regulations on Return Information Disclosure to Bureau of the Census

The US Department of Commerce has issued final regulations that allow for the disclosure of certain return information to the Bureau of the Census, with the goal of improving statistical purposes and related activities, and permitting the Secretary of Commerce to request additional information.
