Importation of Wild Turkey Carcasses

We are withdrawing a proposed rule that would have allowed the carcasses of wild turkeys from countries where exotic Newcastle disease is considered to exist to be brought into the United States if the head, feet, and viscera of the wild turkeys had been removed. We are taking this action after considering the comments we received following the publication of the proposed rule.
