USDA Finalizes Changes to Middle Atlantic Milk Marketing Order

The US Department of Agriculture has implemented changes to the Middle Atlantic milk marketing order, reducing regulations on distributing plants and increasing the amount of producer milk that can be diverted to nonpool plants, in response to industry proposals and a public hearing.
