Transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction; Lake Ouachita Reservoir Project

The US Department of Agriculture and the US Department of the Army have agreed to transfer administrative jurisdiction of 110 acres near the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas, following a 45-day Congressional review period.
