USDA Modifies Handling Regulation for Idaho-Eastern Oregon Potatoes

The US Department of Agriculture has issued an interim final rule to update packaging requirements and introduce marking requirements for potatoes grown in Idaho and eastern Oregon, aiming to enhance marketing and boost returns for producers, following a recommendation from the Idaho-Eastern Oregon Potato Committee.
