Regulatory Proposal for Encephalomyelitis Vaccine Amendment

The US FDA is proposing an amendment to the standard requirement for the Encephalomyelitis Vaccine, Eastern and Western, Killed Virus, which would require the use of Vero 76 cells in potency testing and establish minimum antibody titers for each vaccine fraction.
