US Standards for Frozen Okra Updated to Allow Whole and Cut Okra
The US Department of Agriculture has amended the existing standards for frozen okra to remove references to trimmed pods, enabling producers to pack whole and cut okra without trimming, and making the industry more efficient and better meet market needs.
