Revision of Delegations of Authority

We are amending our regulations to reflect the recent revision of the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture to the Assistant Secretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs and redelegation to the Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
