FSIS to Allow Use of Fast Antimicrobial Screen Test for Bob Veal Calf Residue Testing

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is updating its regulations to permit the use of the Fast Antimicrobial Screen Test (FAST) in its testing program for bob veal calves, replacing the existing Calf Antibiotic and Sulfonamide Test (CAST).
