DOE Announces Noncompetitive Cooperative Agreement for African Electrification Foundation

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a noncompetitive Cooperative Agreement to the African Electrification Foundation to develop a partnership with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) to strengthen Africa's electric power system infrastructure.
