Bureau of Consular Affairs Corrects Effective Date of Diversity Immigrant Program Rule

The Bureau of Consular Affairs has corrected the effective date of a final rule published in 1996 regarding the Diversity Immigrant Program, which was originally set to take effect on January 22, 1996, but has now been revised to the same date.
