US Government Seeks Public Comment on Potential Bilateral Agreements for Hazardous Waste Import from Basel Convention Countries

The US Government is seeking public comment on the possibility of entering into bilateral agreements with countries that are part of the Basel Convention on the transboundary movement of hazardous wastes, allowing them to export such wastes to the US in compliance with the Convention.
