U.S. Department of State Proposes Revised Form for Shrimp Exporter's Declaration

The Department of State has proposed a revised form, DSP-121, for shrimp exporters to certify that their shipments do not harm sea turtles, in compliance with Section 609 of the Public Law 101-162, and is seeking public comments on the information collection proposal.
