USML to Remove Commercial Communications Satellites and Hot Section Technology for Transfer to Commerce's CCL

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) will be amended to remove commercial communications satellites and hot-section technologies associated with commercial aircraft engines from the U.S. Munitions List (USML) for transfer to the Department of Commerce's Commerce Control List.
