OFAC Adopts Final Rule to Update Authorizations for Payments for Legal Services

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is updating its rules to allow for payments for legal services from outside the US, replacing a reporting requirement with a recordkeeping requirement and adding new licenses for certain legal services.
