Correction to Proposed Regulations on Disclosure of Tax Returns for Tax Administration Purposes

The IRS has corrected its proposed regulations on disclosing tax returns and return information to facilitate the procurement of property and services for tax administration purposes, as initially published in the Federal Register on December 15, 1995.
