US Customs Commissioner Determines Chinese Iron Pipe Fittings Were Made Using Convict Labor
The US Customs Commissioner has found that iron pipe fittings imported from China's Tianjin Malleable Iron Factory were likely made using convict labor, in violation of US Tariff Act of 1930
