ATF Simplifies Exemption Certificate Regulations

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is revising its regulations to give taxpayers more flexibility in using exemption certificates and vendor statements, as part of the Administration's efforts to reduce burden and streamline requirements.
