US Customs Proposes New Country of Origin Marking Requirements for Frozen Imported Produce

In response to public comments, US Customs is proposing to amend its regulations to require marking of the country of origin on the front panel of frozen produce packages to ensure a uniform standard, in compliance with the statutory requirement for conspicuous placement.
