US Treasury to Correct Internet Address in Proposed Rule

The US Treasury Department plans to correct an error in a proposed rule, which was published on July 26, 1996, by changing the Internet address of the Public Debt home page to http://www.ustreas.gov/treasury/bureaus/pubdebt/pubdebt.html.
