Proposed Collection; Comment Request

In order to comply with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 concerning proposed extensions of information collection requirements, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (``FinCEN'') is soliciting public comments on the information collected on currency and monetary instrument transportation involving individuals under the Bank Secrecy Act regulations on U.S. Customs Service Form 4790, Report of International Transportation of Currency or Monetary Instruments (``CMIR'').
