Electronic Request for Confidential Treatment of Export Manifest Data

This document proposes to amend the Customs Regulations concerning export manifest data to enable shippers to request confidential treatment of their name and address information on the Automated Export System (AES). The changes proposed will also provide for the availability of AES export manifest data on magnetic tapes.
