IRS Accepts Petition to Tax Diglycidyl Ether of Bisphenol-A

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has accepted a petition to add diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A to the list of taxable substances, as required by Notice 89-61, and will publish this notice in compliance with the same regulations.
