FinCEN Proposes Amendments to Bank Secrecy Act Regulations for Card Clubs

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is proposing to expand the definition of financial institutions under the Bank Secrecy Act to include certain gaming establishments, commonly referred to as card clubs, in an effort to enhance anti-money laundering efforts.
