Office of Labor-Management Programs Extends Guidelines Implementation Date Due to Government Shutdown

The Office of Labor-Management Programs has deferred the effective date of implementation of guidelines for the employee protection program under the Federal Transit Law, originally set for January 8, 1996, to January 29, 1996, due to the partial government shutdown that began on December 16, 1995.
