OSHA and DOL Announce Time Extension of Secretary's Order 6-94 for Pilot Project on Whistleblower Protection and Labor Standards

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) have extended the deadline for a pilot project aimed at creating concurrent authorities and responsibilities for the Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health and the Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards regarding certain whistleblower protection laws and labor standards affecting field sanitation and migrant housing.
