New Proposal Establishes Regulatory Standards for Separate Facility Waivers for Individuals with Disabilities

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published a proposal to establish regulatory standards for granting 'separate facility' waivers from section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which requires contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to employ individuals with disabilities.
