OFCCP Corrects Final Regulations on Affirmative Action Obligations for Disabled Veterans and Vietnam Era Veterans

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has issued corrections to its 1995 final regulations implementing the affirmative action provisions for disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam Era, which included changes to mandatory job listing obligations for federal contractors and subcontractors, eliminating a $25,000 salary ceiling and expanding job opening requirements.
