Occupational Injury and Illness Recording and Reporting Requirements

OSHA is publishing the executive summary of the Preliminary Economic Analysis for its proposed rule covering the recording and reporting of workplace deaths, injuries and illnesses, which appeared in the Federal Register on February 2, 1996 (61 FR 4030).
